TECHNICAL ISSUES


The City of Duncanville is still working to resolve technical issues with online and in-person payments, job openings, and the Duncanville Fieldhouse Summer Camp registration.


Currently, Utility Customer Service is able to accept in-person utility payments at Duncanville City Hall, 203 E. Wheatland Rd., Duncanville, TX 75116, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

The City of Duncanville will host a Public Safety Town Hall this Thursday, April 25, 2024, at 6:30 PM at the D.L. Hopkins Jr. Senior Center (206 James Collins Blvd., Duncanville, TX 75116).


City Management and representatives from T2 Professional Consulting will be present to answer questions and receive input from residents, business owners, and stakeholders regarding the search for Duncanville’s next Fire Chief and Police Chief.

REMINDER: Place trash, recycling, brush, and bulk debris at the curb/alley no earlier than 12:01 AM and no later than 7:00 AM on scheduled collection days.


No construction materials will be picked up. These items must be disposed of by the contractor or taken to Skyline Landfill for a $35 fee.
