The window for the 2024-2025 State of Ohio EdChoice scholarship programs is now open.
If your student was on the program for the 2023-2024 school year, the State of Ohio will mail a 2024-2025 Renewal Request form to the address on file in the EdChoice system. If you choose, you may also use a blank form available on their website.
If you are new to the program, you will need to complete a 2024-2025 Request Form.
All forms, fact sheets and information for both programs are available on the State of Ohio website.
Please submit the application and proof of address documentation to Fenwick’s dedicated EdChoice email address: edchoice@fenwickfalcons.org. Please review the application and proof of address requirements before submitting them to Fenwick. Incomplete applications or missing documents will result in a delay in the application submission.
If you have any questions, please email edchoice@fenwickfalcons.org or the State of Ohio directly at EdChoice@education.ohio.gov.

First Friday Adoration
Please remember that First Friday Adoration will be taking place next Friday, May 3rd. This will be our last Frist Friday Adoration for this school year. We still need Adorers from 10:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. If you are able to participate, please register here.
Freshman Retreat
Last Friday, we accompanied the freshman on their first Fenwick retreat. We had 30 junior and senior leaders who helped make the day one for the books! The retreat was focused on three big questions:
- “Who Am I?”
- “Who Is God?”
- “What Do I Seek?”
Our time was filled with good conversation, lots of laughter, with time carved out to hear God’s voice amidst the hustle and bustle of freshman year. Thank you to our students and faculty who helped make this day possible!
Arbor Day Service Project
Every year, Phillips Tube Group purchases over 1,400 American Elm tree seedlings to be distributed to elementary schools in the Middletown area in commemoration of Arbor Day. This year, our generous students helped make the project happen. We had over 30 students volunteer to help count and package the trees before they were delivered by Phillips Tube Group to their final destination to be planted. Thanks to our students, over 1,400 trees will be planted!

- Update SCOIR to include all admission decisions received from the colleges.
- Mark "ENROLLING" for the college/university attending.

Used Uniform Sale
Do you have school uniforms/spirit wear that doesn’t fit? Are you graduating and no longer need your school uniforms and spirit wear?
We are looking for gently-used regulation uniforms and spirit wear for our used uniform sale which will be held later this summer. To donate, just send them to school with your student or drop them off any school day between 7:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. There will be a marked bin in the front foyer by the main entrance where you can place the uniforms/spirit wear.
Senior Lunch
The senior parents are hosting a special lunch to celebrate our seniors on Thursday, May 16.
We will be serving Cane’s chicken tenders and various sides. We are asking for donations of mac and cheese, fruit, chips, drinks, and desserts. If you would like to help us celebrate our seniors, you can sign up to send in an item on the SignUp Genius. You can also donate towards the purchase of the Cane’s tenders through Venmo @fenwickfalcons or by sending a check to the Main Office with a note that it is for the senior lunch.
Teacher Appreciation Week
Let's all celebrate and thank the wonderful teachers and staff during Teacher Appreciation Week, which is May 6-May 10! The SignUp Genius has many opportunities to help. You will also see the SignUp Genius on the parent Facebook page. Items can be dropped off in the Main Office; there will be a large cart by the front desk. Let's show this wonderful group of educators and staff how much we value them and all that they do!
