Friends,

The curriculum we have carefully developed over two decades is now more relevant than ever. As a result we’ve had tremendous exposure, feedback and press celebrating the effectiveness of our work. The head of the top mental health program in the U.S. said our program was years ahead and the best he is aware of. A senior government official in health and human services said it’s the most comprehensive offering she has seen. Due to being featured in The New York Times, CNN, Vogue, Joe Rogan, People Magazine and more, we have over 500 organizations asking to use our program.

We are growing dramatically and are looking to hire a number of these positions. Due to our 22 years of experience in human development, our Foundation has been inundated with requests to help companies, nonprofits and government agencies with their emotional and mental health. Our organization is perfectly positioned to meet this growing demand, but we need to raise the funds to increase our staff and prepare our program for scale.

Summer Interns may create a business plan and execute on their projects with the guidance of Ryan, Max and Trent. If an intern would like to work on current projects, they may do that as well.

Our internship is designed to give young adults a working environment that is infused with an emphasis on wellbeing. This wellbeing is the foundation of their productivity. We offer interns the same healing and growth opportunities we provide to our youth.

As part of our project-driven learning program, interns can choose any role in the foundation they are passionate about. Interns are then assigned a mentor and become a significant part of our team.

Interns develop professional skills while working on their own personal growth to make their work-life integration as harmonious as possible. Our premise is that by taking a whole human approach to growth, interns become more engaged, passionate and productive in their work.

Our hope is to provide interns with inspirational work, opportunities for personal and professional growth, and a collection of meaningful experiences and relationships.

For those interested, please email us. Include your vision for the summer, desired areas for personal and professional growth as well as the amount of money you need to make. As a nonprofit, funds are limited but we do issue a few college scholarships at the end. We can also provide housing, transportation & meals for those in need.

The internship can be full-time, taking place during normal business hours each day, or it can be intertwined with your tennis training and worked on a flexible schedule. Internship opportunities within the Foundation include:

1. Create your own Custom Internship for the Summer

5. Curriculum Writing

We have a great opportunity to document our processes and deliver our curriculum to partnering organizations that would like to replicate aspects of what we do around the country. This would include R&D, writing, organization and development.

6. Auction Team

We will arrive a couple of days early to acclimate to the high altitude. Play will last 5 days. Chaperones should expect long days and lots of driving and taking care of our players. It's a fun trip, and a lot of work, but very rewarding.
