Message from Mrs. Barnhouse
Faith Families,
Today I want to share some love with YOU…the parents and family members that have chosen Faith Lutheran School for your children! Y’all, parenting has never been easy and the challenges that you face today may feel overwhelming much of the time! And yet, you have entered into a family here at Faith to walk alongside you, assisting and supporting you in the role in which God has placed you! Trust me when I say, no parent ever feels 100% confident and equipped for the role; I know I certainly didn’t at times when my children were younger! Now, as adults, the challenges may change, but they don’t go away!
Wherever you are right now, know that you are not alone. The Holy Spirit is at work through the hands, feet, faces, and hugs that make up #OurFaithFamily. God is in our midst as we do life together. You are surrounded by a faculty and families of believers that are here to support you in your walk as parents. Community is being able to reach out to someone when you are struggling, celebrating, fearful, or tired…and that’s what we are at Faith…a community of believers, a family of believers, walking together, praying together, living life together. No matter how messy it gets, this is what our ministry and family looks like.
Know how thankful I am for each one of you and that I lift you up in prayer each day. My office door is always open!
