Tulip Festival Tent Shift Sign-up - For ALL Families
The Tulip Festival is 3 weeks away! Thank you for signing up to work at the tent! We couldn’t do this very important fundraiser without the help of every OCCS family. Copies of the tent schedules are listed below. Please make sure these items are on your family calendars. If your assignments don’t match what you thought you signed up for, or if you are planning to switch or hire a replacement, please email the changes to occsmonica@gmail.com or contact Dori De Groot at (712) 470-0874 with any questions. We want to keep these assignments up to date as the festival comes closer.

If you hired someone to work for you, please let the committee know who is working for you via email. Please get your payment (check made out to your worker or cash) to the OCCS office as soon as possible. Please label the envelope with your name, date, and time of your shift, and who is working for you so it can be given to the appropriate shift supervisor. No Venmo, please.
Following is a list of youth workers and adults who are willing to work your shift for a suggested payment of $50. Please note the Unity students cannot work morning shifts on Thursday and Friday because they have school.

Just a reminder that you must wear a hat, pull your hair back, or wear a hair net while working in the tent. Each worker will need to check in at the back entrance to the tent, noting the arrival and departure times, as well as writing your phone number for the Health Code Department. If you have questions, please ask one of the chairpersons, they will be wearing a red apron in the tent during your shift.
