Hello Friends,

As we finish the second month of the year, we are thrilled to share the latest updates and exciting news. This February we took time to love our community, celebrate change, and look forward to events ahead. As always, we continue to be dedicated to our mission of  repairing homes, revitalizing communities, and rebuilding lives.

Our team has been hard at work and this month we celebrated the completion of the 100th home repaired this fiscal year (July 1, 2023 – June 30, 2024). We have so far provided critical home repairs and accessibility modifications for 110 vulnerable neighbors in need and are on track to reach our goal to serve 180 families by June 30th, 2024.

As always, we are grateful to you and your steadfast support of our mission. Thank you for being an integral part of the community.

With gratitude,

RTMC Team

Celebrating Our 100th Repair This Fiscal Year

We are thrilled to announce that we have successfully assisted our 100th neighbor in need this fiscal year (July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024)! We invite you to join us in commemorating this significant milestone, marking the completion of 100 repairs for homeowners and their families.

This project holds particular importance as it coincided as Mrs. W recently celebrated her 100th birthday! Our team accomplished a comprehensive transformation, upgrading the gas boiler to a high-efficiency HVAC system, while also implementing weatherization and energy efficiency enhancements. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Mrs. W. and her niece, Ms. M, for graciously sharing this special moment with us. We sincerely hope that the newly installed system brings enhanced comfort and efficiency to their home. Thank you for being part of our journey in making a positive impact on the lives of our neighbors!

National Rebuilding Day Updates

For all participating NRD groups please save the date for our annual NRD Kickoff Training and Breakfast! We ask that the House Captain/Co-Captain(s), Volunteer Coordinators, and House Ambassadors from each group attend, as well as our Area Coordinators. This event is mandatory for group leaders, and we highly recommend you attend this event to receive your projects, learn how to run a successful NRD project, and to meet other amazing leaders in the room volunteering their time like you are. If you are a house captain and have not received information regarding this event please email rtmcnrd@rebuildingtogethermc.org

Make your Impact Today

We have received an increased number of calls from vulnerable homeowners who do not have working heating systems. Your donation this winter season can help restore safety and comfort to a community member in need. Every donation helps us meet the rising cost of material and labor to make the repairs that keep homeowners safe and healthy in their homes. Thank you for considering a gift to RTMC. Your support at any level truly makes a difference.
