British Columbia Report
As the winter begins to wind down and signs of spring start to show, many of us out west are eager to get into another season. It is truly my favourite time of year as off-season education that was then translated into adjusted turf maintenance plans for the upcoming season, can finally be put into action.

While we do not always have complete control over the canvas we paint on, nor the supplies we paint with, as Golf Course Superintendents we are the hand that holds the brush that paints the picture of our course throughout the season.
Atlantic Report
Conference season has wrapped up and it looks like most of the Atlantic region is headed for an early spring. The conference in Montreal was a great event, with a great speaker line up as always. It was nice to see some Atlantic faces in Montreal. If you couldn’t make it then maybe plan to attend in 2025, in Niagara. It’s shaping up to be one of our biggest conferences in a long time and maybe ever.

Our local AGSA conference was another great success as always. We had a blizzard roll in, but most delegates were already on site, so it had minimal impact, timing is everything.
