Spring Quarterly News Update

Dear FCS Educators and Colleagues,

Spring has sprung, educators! As the world bursts back to life with vibrant blooms and verdant leaves, let's take a moment to acknowledge the incredible work we've accomplished this year. We've nurtured young minds, fostered essential life skills, and navigated ever-changing landscapes.

Now, as the school year winds down, it's crucial to finish strong. Let's use these final weeks to solidify learning, celebrate student achievements, and create a sense of closure and excitement for what's to come. But remember, educators need nurturing too! Summer offers a precious opportunity to recharge and refresh. Consider professional development workshops to boost your skillset or explore new teaching strategies. The CTE Learn platform continues to offer a wealth of webinars, both free and paid content is available and as always, ACTE provides a wide range of conferences throughout the school year. Be sure to ask for fiscal year 2025 funds to help cover conference costs at local, state or national levels.

Finally, don't forget to embrace the season's beauty. Take a walk under the blossoming trees, savor a picnic in the park, or simply bask in the warm sunshine. After all, a well-rested and rejuvenated teacher is the foundation for a thriving classroom come fall. Here's to a successful finish, a rewarding summer, and a joyful spring! Here's to continuing the journey ahead!
