Greetings Residents and Families,
Birchwood Cottages is excited to announce a new partnership with Accelerated Care Solutions. Starting April 26th, Accelerated Care Solution nurses will provide on-call clinical support to our communities in collaboration with our Birchwood nursing teams weeknights, weekends and holidays.
With this partnership, it will strengthen the oversight of resident care for all our residents no matter what time or day of the week. They will take calls from our staff after hours, weekends and holidays, to address resident needs and when applicable will communicate needed updates to the resident's emergency contact.
We look forward to working with their team and creating new relationships to better provide the quality care our residents need and deserve.
