Important Message

Dear Members of Immaculate Conception Parish

The Franciscan Friars, Province of Our Lady of Guadalupe, have informed us that Fr. Patrick Tuttle, OFM has been removed from all public ministry due to an allegation of misconduct. The misconduct did not occur during his ministry here at Immaculate Conception and the misconduct does not fall under the Diocese of Raleigh Child and Youth Protection protocols.

To offer pastoral care, the Franciscan Friars have a toll-free number, 1-800-770-8013 (Angelica Joachim). Please call this number if you have been impacted by misconduct by a member of their religious community. If you need to make a report of suspected abuse, please call local law enforcement. Please join us in prayer for all affected.

Meals for the Hungry: April 20

Please drop off food at Immaculate Conception Kitchen between 4:15 and 5 PM.

Please consider helping in this month's Meals for the Hungry on

Saturday, April 20. Thank you for your generosity in feeding those in need. We ask that food donations be delivered in disposable (i.e., aluminum) pans and that each donation be enough to feed 15 people. Donations can be dropped off at the Immaculata kitchen (attached to the school). Food will be kept warm and cold as necessary until transport to Urban Ministries on Liberty Street, where meals will be served in person.

Immaculate Sponsor Opportunities

As we enter the third year of our newsletter, we are looking for businesses that may want to sponsor the Newsletter. Each week we send the Newsletter to 2,400 people. 66% of the people open the email (which is well above the average open rate). If you have a business and would like fellow parishioners to support you, why not take an ad as a sponsor? Experience has shown us that parishioners choose to support our sponsors. We have created a two-tier pricing option for interested businesses. Your business information will be in the Newsletter, on the website, and the screen in the gathering space. If you are interested in becoming a sponsor, contact Fabian and our team will be happy to help you to create your design.

Love Fund

This week's Love Fund comes from the community. This woman has several medical issues. She had a lot of doctor visits and medical expenses that left her unable to pay all of her rent. She would appreciate any financial help that could be provided.
