EVERY DAY MATTERS!
By Zach Dillavou

As part of our school district's attendance initiative for the 2023-2024 school year, we recently recognized 78 students in grades K-11 for achieving perfect 1st semester attendance.

We fully understand the challenges that come with making it to school each and every day. We appreciate all the students and families placing a high value on getting to school each day despite the challenges of illness, appointments, family commitments, and other miscellaneous situations.

We are proud of all the students who are committed to attending at a high percentage each week and those who are making improved growth from last year to this year.

Attending every day gives each student the best opportunity to fully grow socially, emotionally and academically. Being involved in school activities and building positive relationships daily with students and adults in our school community is key!

Congratulations to those 78 students who were able to maintain perfect attendance this fall and we hope all our students and families will strive for high attendance rates and to make every day matter as we finish the school year strong the next nine weeks!
Here are four of the 78 students repping their perfect attendance t-shirts!
