Lenten Devotional Guide

Man of Sorrows, People of Joy

are available for pickup

"In Man of Sorrows, People of Joy, (a Lenten Devotional Guide from the Lutheran Hour Ministries) we learn how God through Jesus reconciled the world to Himself (see 2 Corinthians 5:19). Taking on our humanity, Jesus - God in the flesh - defeated sin, death, and the devil on the cross. This was sealed by the Heavenly Father with Christ's resurrection victory on Easter Sunday. Now we have our own orders to follow: Go and share this Good News with the whole world." Lent 2024 begins on Ash Wednesday, February 14 as does our devotional guide. Man of Sorrows, People of Joy will be available for pickup Sunday, Feb. 4 and Feb. 11. If you would like one mailed to you, please contact Louise Dye.
