With four weeks till the opening gala, rehearsals are in full swing and the crew is working hard on all aspects of the play. This rich and very funny drama is set in rural Ireland where family secrets and a land dispute stand in the way of a long time, but unspoken love.

The play runs April 26 - May 11. Don't wait to buy your tickets. Sunday matinees especially sell out fast.

Spring Cleaning

It's that time of year again! We're giving the Theatre a spring cleaning on Saturday, April 6. We'll start at 10:00 and welcome anyone who can join us for an hour or two. There are lots of jobs, inside and out, so you'll be able to choose the one that's right for you. Bring gloves. Cleaning materials and snacks provided. More hands make light work!

Musical Youth Summer Theatre (MYST)

July 8 - 28, 2024

Moving Theatre Performing Arts and Shuswap Theatre are delighted to once again offer this dynamic, three-week summer musical theatre camp for youth, ages 8-16, culminating in a fully staged production of Peter Pan Jr.  Our professional instructors will guide you in all aspects of Musical Theatre. Registration opens April 8 at 9:00 am.

All Shuswap Theatre members are invited to attend this short special meeting next Tuesday, April 2 at 7:00 pm, for the purpose of approving several changes to our bylaws. Future funding hinges on one of the changes so we cannot wait till the next AGM.

The meeting will be held at the Theatre, but members may join via Zoom if that is more convenient. Your attendance is important as we must have a quorum.
