February may be a short month, but you can still get lots done!

To stay inspired, try signing up to receive regular prompts. Most prompts are aimed at writers, but feel free to draw or sketch instead!

To get you started, here's a weekly email and writing contest from Reedsy (Reedsy is a private company, not associated with SCBWI).

Each weekly email gives you five theme-based prompts. Here are three recent prompts related to time.

Write a story about someone whose time is running out.
Write a story about someone who wishes they could turn back time.
Start or end your story with someone saying, “We have all the time in the world.”

Rise, Shine, and Create! with illustrator Sari Eran Herskowitz. This is your chance to join us, to speak, to create (in writing or through illustration), to play, and to find sparks of light even during difficult times. (Don't worry if your Hebrew isn't perfect! You’re welcome to write and draw in any language you wish…)
