The Great Pumpkin

This week I received an email from someone who said she recently started following me on YouTube and was very much enjoying the information and topics. She asked me to do a program on the amazing health benefits of pumpkin seed.


I have done that before, but not for over year, and coincidentally, I had a call from someone just yesterday asking me about the use of pumpkin seed for frequent urination and incontinence.
