Welcome new member, Bassett's Market Tiffin!

Since 1898, Bassett's has been serving local communities - it is as important to them today as it was 125 years ago. Founded on the traditions of quality, value, and personal service, Bassett's Market is a premier independent grocery store serving Ohio's Northwest Coast and island communities. They invite you to come and explore their aisles to discover a better shopping experience!

Charlie Basset, the current owner of Bassett's Market in Tiffin, bought Heritage IGA from David and Jenny Kelch in June 2023, following the Kelchs' retirement. Charlie has both short-term and long-term plans to improve the Tiffin location. He wants to take the best aspects of the Bellevue and Port Clinton locations and incorporate them into the Tiffin store while keeping the best aspects of Heritage IGA (like the doughnuts).

Bassett's Market Tiffin is located at 479 E Market St. For more information, be sure to visit their website at bassettsmarket.com.

Welcome new member, Seneca Proud!

Seneca Proud began as a group of friends who wanted to see a Pride Event in Tiffin. Over 200 people attended their first event, a family-friendly potluck at Hedges Boyer Park in June 2019. That same small group helped organize events each year in June, even through the pandemic. In June 2022, they expanded the yearly event into their first festival. Approximately 700 people showed up for their first and second Pride Festivals.

Seneca Proud is a community-based non-profit focused on creating positive events. They provide support, education, and representation for the LGBTQ+ community of Seneca County. Their primary event is the annual pride festival. They also host monthly community events, including a book club and family-style potlucks. They hope to keep growing and provide a positive and welcoming space in Seneca County for all.

Seneca Proud can be found on Facebook and Instagram @SenecaProud. To contact them, message them on social media or email them at contact@senecaproud.org.

As we celebrate our 110th year in operation, we are incredibly grateful to have the support of Classic Hits 96.7 WBVI FM/WFOB AM, as one of our valued sponsors for 2024.

Tune in to Classic Hits 96.7 WBVI-FM to hear the GREATEST HITS OF ALL TIME! Enjoy the morning show with Dawn and the evenings with Keith, both filled with great music, events, contests, and a good time for all. Classic Hits 96.7 WBVI is proud to be a favorite across Northwest Ohio
