Student Spotlight

Brooke Vaccari

Congratulations to first-year Criminology student Brooke Vaccari, who was recently named as one of the Western Mustangs Athletes of the Week for the week ending January 7, 2024. Brooke, goalie for the Western Mustang's Women's Hockey team, got the shutout win against the Windsor Lancers, a game in which she registered 20 saves in a 1-0 victory for the Mustangs.

Brooke enjoys playing hockey for the Mustangs because it is a lot of fun and very competitive. As a student-athlete, she loves being able to represent King’s. As for King’s itself, “I like the small community and having wonderful staff,” she adds.
