We have moved our weekly chess meet-up to Fort Cavazos (Formerly Ft. Hood) from BRCC Killeen from 1230-1430 cst at the AAFES main Exchange. We will not be there on the 2th December nor 31th December.

This AAFES is on base, so you need to get a pass if you need one to enter first. You do not need access to use the food court at the exchange.

Online Chess

Weekly online tournaments are open for all > 1300 ELO players. Every Wednesday night 1900 cst.

Absolutely FREE.

1300+ ELO Play Live 5 Rd. G/5 inc. 5 Swiss tournaments here every Wednesday 7:30pm cst.

Regional Programs

OTB information in Central Texas.

We are currently meeting weekly at:

Black Rifle Coffee Company in Temple Texas every Wednesday 10am until noon. You do not need base access.

Ft. Cavazos main exchange food court in Killeen Texas every Sunday 12:30 pm until 2:30 pm or later. You need base access.

You DO NOT need to be a veteran or a chess player to participate in either location.

We meet as members of the local Marine Corps League as well during these meet-up.
