MESSAGE FROM FR. JEFF

Hello Everybody!

The meal packing event was a great success, once again! 229 of us gathered to assemble and pack 30,024 meals for the hungry in different countries of the world. I love that this is a multigenerational event with all ages working together for a common goal to put our faith in action. Saturday, we set a new community record for the youngest participant—a two month old baby! Thank you to those who generously donated to fund the meals, as well as, to everyone who came out and gave your time and effort. A special thanks to Deacon Scott for his leadership of this event and his enthusiasm for service. Well done everybody!

Please note two upcoming events for Families with Young Children on Friday morning and Sunday afternoon. Details are below, but these are a great way to make connections and involve your young children in our community. I hope you can join in!

Responding to God’s grace, may we continue to be his compassionate presence for those in need.

Peace,

Fr. Jeff
