Nina Chartrand, Chief Accounting Officer, and Joana Saucedo, Community Health Case Manager, have been inducted into the UNA Hall of Fame 2024 for their exceptional behind-the-scenes work that ensures our operations run seamlessly. Their dedication keeps us strong and effective in delivering healthcare to those who need it most. |
We are proud to celebrate Tristan Lubina, DNP, Hypertension Program Director, for his incredible success in achieving outstanding blood pressure control for our uninsured patients. For the third consecutive year, he achieved the highest Platinum Designation Level from the Utah Million Hearts Coalition and Gold+ Achievement Level from the American Heart Association and the American Medical Association. Way to go, Tristan!

Since July, we have proudly extended our clinic hours thanks to the MacKenzie Scott Yield Giving Gift! We are open until 8 PM on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, providing more flexibility for working families in need of care. | |
