Langley Hospice Society


Langley Hospice provides palliative and bereavement services to our growing community. In addition to palliative support through the Doug and Fran MacDonald Langley Hospice Residence, they offer grief support programs for children, teens, adults and families; education and advocacy; community outreach; specialized training and other peer-support programs.

Langley Senior Resource Socety


Langley Senior Resources Society provides social, recreational and educational programs and food, health and supportive services for adults 50+ in the City and Township of Langley. Their staff and 100+ volunteers serve with heart and compassion every day at their two locations – the Recreation Centre and the Adult Day Program.

Bard in the Valley


Bard in the Valley (BIV) is a registered Charity with a goal to stage the works of William Shakespeare, with integrity and professionalism at an annual Festival each summer.


In addition, every year, Bard in the Valley offers youth theatre workshops for children. BIV provides scholarships for families with barriers.

Signal Hill


Signal Hill exists to have every child and youth know their intrinsic worth.


They provide FREE, easy to teach, and value-based (K- Gr.12) lesson plans for parents and educators to use with the young people they are on the frontlines with. Lesson subjects include Mental Health, Social Emotional Learning and more!

Langley Seniors In Action


Langley Seniors in Action has advocated for the collective needs of older adults and elders in Langley for over a decade. They drive change by responding to local issues and opportunities, sharing information and resources, and mobilizing/collaborating with seniors and community organizations who support improving seniors’ lives.

Sources Langley

Food Bank


Sources Langley Food Bank is a member of Food Banks Canada and Food Banks BC, serving community members from the City and Township of Langley and Aldergrove.


They distribute food to 800+ households weekly including fresh produce through our partnerships with grocery stores and farms in our Community Harvest program.

Ishtar Women's

Resource Society


Feminist leaders working together locally to eliminate volence against women globally.


Ishtar advocates for, supports, and empowers women and their children who have been affected by abuse in all forms by providing safe housing, counselling, education, and services.

Langley Memorial

Hospital Auxiliary


For over 75 years the Langley Memorial Hospital Auxiliary has raised money to provide much needed equipment to the hospital and community through a team of dedicated volunteers. 


They operate the Penny Pincher thrift store located on the Fraser Highway one-way as well as the Gift Shop at Langley Memorial Hospital, in addition to accepting donations to fund their work supporting Langley healthcare.
