A Note From the Director:

As 2023 is about to wrap up, we at TCGLAD want to thank you for your infinite support, share reflections on the year, and invite you to look ahead with us as we plan for 2024.

TCGLAD shares the good news that they are continuing to offer Mental Health counseling services at their office via videophone or Zoom and the deaf counselor can see five consumers on a weekly basis for the 2023-2024 fiscal year. The counseling services are FREE for Ventura County residents only.

A friendly reminder: the TCGLAD office will be closed on Monday, January 1, 2024 for the observance of New Year Day and will be open the next business day on Tuesday, January 2, 2024. In observance of Martin Luther King Day, the office will be closed on Monday, January 15, 2024 and will be open the next business day on Tuesday, January 16, 2024.

Emergency Notifications

Join GLAD, CODIE, BGLAD, TCGLAD and OC DEAF in learning more about the importance of preparing for disasters and emergencies that could happen at any time in your region or county.

We will be sharing resources and how to sign up for emergency notifications with deaf* communities of Southern California through each deaf agency's social media channels and websites. If you live in any of our regions and counties below, please visit any of our deaf agencies' social media and websites as well as subscribing to newsletters to get latest information and news.
