Happy Holidays and New Year

As we come to the end of 2023, it is a great opportunity to reflect on our success & our needs for improvement and set our goals for 2024.  Business remains strong but many manufacturers are thinking that the growth for next year will be flat or only up 3-5%.  The switchgear and transformer manufacturers are quoting 90 weeks which has stalled the project and specifically the industrial construction market. There is still a high demand for projects in the data center, EV market, and the $275 billion electrification market. More distributors and manufacturers are hiring sales talent to call on key end-users, engineers, contractors, and EPC firms.  We continue to focus on bringing in more younger workers as our labor force continues to age and retire.  

I am looking forward to what the next year will bring. I hope that I can continue to help companies grow and find the talent they need to move to the next level.
