Have you been to Scraplanta yet? It's a little hard to find (behind Burlington and T.J. Max in the Briarcliff Village Shopping Plaza in Atlanta) but it's definitely worth the effort! They offer steep discounts on pre-loved art, classroom, office, and party supplies and they offer craft classes.
