Established in 1919 as Nashville Auto-Diesel College (NADC), Lincoln Tech’s Nashville campus is carrying on the strong, enduring NADC tradition and is continuing to educate generations of students for successful futures in the Auto, Diesel, Collision Repair, Heavy Equipment, and Welding industries. The campus enjoys working relationships with multiple Caterpillar dealers throughout the United States from Ryder Trucks, to Thermo King and Scott Equipment—as well as other top employers in the Auto, Diesel, and Heavy Equipment Fields. Georgia Boys and Girls State


Georgia Boys and Girls State is a comprehensive one-week experience in state and local government and is a program of the American Legion Department of Georgia. ​It is a “leadership action program” where qualified high school rising seniors (current juniors) take part in a practical government course. AHS has limited spots of the number of students we can send for participation. If you are interested in participating, submit one paragraph of why you would be a good representative to represent Aquinas at Boys/Girls State and submit to Mrs. Darley through email by March 15. Based on the number interested, we will find out how many can participate. Those selected will be notified by Spring Break.


Girls State- June 9-14

Boys State- June 9-15

Both programs take place at Valdosta State University

West Point’s Summer Leaders Experience (SLE)

  • SLE is a one-week program for current Juniors (High School Class of 2025) to visit West Point in June.
  • Students in this program get to spend the week with our cadets, live in the barracks, and eat in the mess hall.
  • Learn about West Point’s world class academics by trying 5 of our 17 academic workshops.
  • Learn about military training and becoming a Leader of Character at West Point by completing two military days to include rappelling, Zodiac boats, combatives (like Jiu-Jitsu) training and more!
  • Challenge themselves physically by attempting the Candidate Fitness Assessment, conducting physical training, and sports.
  • Complete their admissions interview with a cadet.
  • Spend the week making friends with other students from all over the US who are applying to West Point.

Priority application deadline for SLE is the following Friday on March 15th and we will accept applications until April 15th. SLE is competitive and not all who apply are offered to attend.

 Columbia County Youth Leadership Program

Youth Leadership Columbia County is a program designed to educate through experience and motivate young leaders and enable them to take an active role in their community. This will result in strong leaders who have hope for the future and the tools to influence a positive and progressive community.


Participants must be rising sophomores, juniors or seniors in Columbia County high schools or residents of Columbia County. They are selected after consideration of their recognized and potential leadership and the merit of their application. The Selection Committee strives to achieve a geographical, racial and socio-economic balance in their selections.

Enrichment Program (SEEP)

The Medical College of Georgia is proud to provide an exciting opportunity, from one of the oldest healthcare diversity pathway programs in the United States that begun in 1970 the SEEP Pathway Program. The SEEP Program, which is a six-week virtual program for students who are Georgia residents and are currently enrolled high school juniors and seniors or recent graduates who have demonstrated academic excellence and expressed a passion towards a career in the medicine.
