Hello Rolesville!

The first thing I would like to say is my heart goes out to all of those who are being impacted by Tropical Storm Helene. The pictures of the devastation are astounding. Some Rolesville Police Officers are in Western North Carolina right now to aid in the recovery efforts. The Rolesville Police Department is also planning to take donations to western NC this week. I encourage everyone to drop off non-perishables, diapers, formula, water, and hygiene products at the Rolesville Police Department this week.

I also wanted to take a moment to say that we continue to appreciate your patience as we work to keep the Main Street Project moving along. I know things have been frustrating of late, especially at the intersection of Young and Main Street and it has taken a toll on the community. The project has ran into several speed bumps outside of the Town’s control, including a record amount of rainfall these past few months that have caused delays.

Thank you again for your patience and please continue to support all of our small businesses in town.
