Our tools are free to individuals, user-friendly, and proven to help people from different backgrounds plan for medical decision making – so they can live more good days, the way they choose.
Maintaining PREPARE’s extensive resources and keeping them completely free to the public is costly. That includes our explanatory videos, easy-to-use forms in 11 languages, materials for group movie events, tools for providers, support for caregivers, and much more.
