From the Church Office

Daily Church Office hours have changed.

The new office schedule is 8:30-2:30, Monday though Friday. These new hours actually started months ago, on a trial basis, and proved to be a good fit, so we're working on changing our signage and making it official. You may sometimes find staff present outside these hours, but Danielle, the Parish Administrator, will consistently be available to answer calls, buzz into the building, and help with questions M-F, 8:30-2:30.

Sunday Door Schedules have also changed.

The Welcome Center door will open Sunday mornings ahead of service times and remain open until 10 minutes after the service time. If you arrive outside of that time, the welcome center door will be locked, but you are still able to enter the sanctuary through the Liberty St. doors or use a keypad code to enter the Welcome Center. Don't have a keypad code? Let us know and we'll be glad to issue one for your household.

Building Access

One too many keys weighing down your purses, pockets, or keyrings? If you have a church key you don't need, we'd love to have it back. It could save us about $15 and a trip to the locksmith next time we need to issue a door key. Plus, you can keep your building access. Let the office know, and we'll be glad to issue you a Welcome Center door code.

Automatic Giving

Did your pledge amount change in 2024? If so, don't forget to make that change in your automatic giving portal, online banking distribution request, or checkbook ledger. Need help making changes to auto giving through the Vanco system the church uses? Danielle in the church office is glad to help!

New Flower Ministry in 2024!

Due to the rising cost of floral arrangements, we are exploring other options to adorn the Sanctuary with flowers on Sunday mornings for 2024. Are you interested in being part of a team of people who arrange flowers for worship? Email Deacon Katie if you are interested or would like to learn more!

In the meantime, there are still a few spots left to sponsor flowers in the month of January. If you are interested - please sign up on the bulletin board.
