HAPPY BIRTHDAY Hillcrest Family!
Thank you for your incredible generosity to end 2023 as we look ahead to all God has for us in 2024! Thank you for joining in the investing of building His Kingdom here through Hillcrest as it already is in Heaven; not giving TO Hillcrest, but rather through Hillcrest for His Kingdom come in 2024!
Last week, on January 9, 2024, we celebrated 34 years of changed hearts and people finding life in Jesus through the collective investment of the Hillcrest family. Each new year provides an opportunity to pause, look back, and look ahead, and we wanted to take a moment to share some of what we hope the next 34 years will hold.
We believe that God’s work in us is to grow where we are PLANTED as a HUB and grow into a SENDING STATION and release more joy filled, multigenerational communities in Southern Wisconsin.
As Jesus says in John 7, as rivers of living water flow from within us and more thirsty souls are satisfied in Jesus, we do not want to fill a reservoir, rather see these waters overflow and saturate neighborhoods and communities where Hillcrest is becoming a SENDING STATION for Gospel proclamation, reaching the lost, equipping the saints, and planting more joy-filled, biblically saturated, multi-generational communities of faithful disciples and we are taking another step this year to see that direction in three, meaningful ways.
