1) Board Seats: Carve Your Path in Healthcare Leadership
Our chapter thrives because of dedicated professionals like you. As we approach the natural cycle of Board term endings, we are pleased to announce that there will be 5 Board vacancies available. A Board seat offers a unique vantage point to shape the trajectory of our organization. The term for each seat spans 2 years, with the possibility to extend service for an additional two years. This is your chance to influence change and guide our chapter towards a brighter future. Keep an eye out for more information as we have received numerous applications and will be announcing our new slate of candidates to join our Board during our next iHEN meeting on November 2nd.
2) Upcoming Programs: Enriching Conversations and Learning
Mark your calendars, for the third quarter is packed with enriching programs that promise to stimulate thought, discussion, and collaboration.

IHA Annual Meeting, October 23rd - 24th: We're joining hands with the Indiana Hospital Association's Annual Meeting for two engaging panel discussions. On October 23rd, from 2pm to 3pm, our panel on "Managing and Optimizing the Human Margin" will ignite insightful conversations. And on October 24th, 12:45pm to 2:15pm, join us for a discourse on "The Healthcare Organization's Role in Formulating Public Policy." This event takes place at The Westin in Indianapolis, IN.

November 2nd - "Creating a Sustainable Clinically Integrated Network" Panel Discussion: Immerse yourself in a thought-provoking discussion at the Design Collaborative in Fort Wayne, IN. Join us for an FACHE Advancement Information Session from 4:30pm to 5:50pm, followed by the panel discussion.

December 2nd - Better Together Gala and Annual Awards Program: Join us at the Cardinal Room, Golf Club of Indiana, on Saturday, December 2nd, starting at 5pm. This evening celebrates the collaborative spirit that propels us forward and recognizes the accomplishments of our exceptional members.
3) Formal Partnership Agreement: Embracing Collaboration
We are delighted to announce our formal partnership with the National Association of Health Services Executives (NAHSE), the National Association of Latin Health Executives (NALHE), and the Executive Women in Health Care (EWHC). This agreement signifies our dedication to mutual support and collaboration. Expect exciting joint programs and initiatives in the near future.
