SANDAG is developing a Vision Zero Action Plan with steps towards eliminating traffic fatalities and severe injuries while increasing safe, healthy, and equitable mobility options for all. Help SANDAG create safer streets by providing input about where you have experienced close calls on the road while driving, walking, or biking. Are there regional destinations that would benefit from a new or improved biking connection? Use their new interactive portal to provide suggestions for improvements, general comments, and view the feedback from other people across the region. Ring in the New Year with FREE rides on New Year's Eve, thanks to MTS and NCTD. As 2023 is coming to a close, MTS and NCTD want to ensure that your New Year's Eve celebration is fun and safe with FREE rides on all train, bus and Trolley routes starting at 6:00 PM on Sunday, December 31st until the conclusion of service that night. As a bonus, MTS will operate extra late-night service on all three Trolley lines, with service past 2:00 AM, so you can welcome the new year safely without the hassle of driving! | |

In observance of the upcoming Holidays, City Hall and all non-essential City buildings will be closed from Monday, December 25, 2023 through Monday, January 1, 2024. Essential City services and emergency response will be available during this time.
Regular City Hall hours will resume on Tuesday, January 2, 2024. Have a wonderful Holiday season and a Happy New Year!

EDCO's Holiday Pickup Schedule | |
In observance of the upcoming New Year's holiday on Monday, January 1, 2024, EDCO will not be performing any residential or commercial collection services, and all public disposal sites, recycling buyback centers, and customer service offices will be closed for the holiday.
