Play Reading

The first play reading of the season is on Wednesday, November 30 at 7:00pm. Ms. Holmes & Ms. Watson - Apt. 2B is a darkly comic modern take on Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's famous sleuth and sidekick. Join us for a fun evening. You may choose to read a part or just listen. Hope to see you there!

CAN YOU HELP?

For several years, Howard DeLong has done an amazing job of grant writing and obtaining sponsors for all of our productions. He is stepping down from the sponsorship part of the job but will continue to seek grants on our behalf. So, we are looking for someone to be in charge of SPONSORSHIPS.

Finding business sponsors for each of our productions involves a short commitment at the beginning of each rehearsal period, approaching a number of businesses with a Sponsorship Package for the production. Howard's work will serve as an excellent foundation for the next person to take this on. He has developed a detailed tracking system. He would be happy to talk to you and explain the procedure as well as help you get started in January for our winter production. Please consider taking on this important task. For more information about what is involved, please email Howard.

As part of our Annual Report at last month's AGM, we presented a video, looking back at the 2023-24 season. Click on the graphic to bring back memories.

Kelly Coubrough is the co-founder of Moving Theatre Performing Arts and a lead instructor of MYST, our Musical Youth Summer Theatre program. She is also a fine opera singer. Some of the youth we have seen on stage in past summer productions will be performing with Kelly.
