IWF Oregon is thrilled to announce the dates and location for the 2024 IWF West Coast Leaders Retreat:

Friday, September 20^th – Sunday, September 22^nd, 2024

McMinnville, OR (the heart of Oregon wine country!)

We would like to extend a warm invitation for an unforgettable weekend in the quaint small-town heart of Oregon wine country, bringing together members from our six West Coast Regions: Southern California, Northern California, Oregon, Washington, BC, and Utah.

This is an incredible opportunity for us to forge new friendships and reconnect with our long-time IWF sisters. It promises to be a weekend of laughter, exploration, learning, enjoying scrumptious food and wine and more, in a beautiful setting while you experience all the Willamette Valley has to offer. Framed by the Coast Range to the west and Cascades to the east, it is recognized as one of the premier winegrowing regions in the world.

You can look forward to:

A welcome reception and dinner Friday night
An all-star line-up of speakers on Saturday morning followed by a variety of interesting afternoon activities from which to choose
Dine arounds at celebrated local restaurants on Saturday night
A send-off brunch and speaker on Sunday morning
Exploration of some of Oregon’s best wineries, including those owned by IWF Oregon members

If you are planning to attend, please reserve your hotel room now so that you don’t miss out on your first choice. It is a busy weekend in wine country, and lodging will be in high demand. Members are responsible for making these room reservations on their own.

We have worked to provide an assortment of accommodation price points and opportunities to share accommodations. There are also many options on Airbnb and VRBO for those who may want to share a larger lodging option. We’d recommend reserving now because you will still have the opportunity to cancel or modify without penalty until much closer to the retreat dates (check the specific terms for your hotel when you confirm your reservation).
