Over the last several years, POAH has dramatically increased investments in our residents. We have more than doubled the size of our Community Impact portfolio – from 38 sites in 2017 to nearly 100 today. POAH Begins Construction of New Affordable Housing for Families on Cape Cod 

POAH has begun construction on 42 units of affordable housing on a parcel owned by the Bourne Housing Authority near Sagamore Beach on Cape Cod. The building will be designed to Passive House energy efficiency standards and offer a mix of 9 one-bedroom, 28 two-bedroom, and 5 three-bedroom apartments. Read more
