Much of what yoga practice is, is uncovering the truth of our own being. And in so doing we learn to love all beings. Big goals I know. With steady and sweet practice, over time we grow more aware of the nature of our mind, and with investigation we might begin to diffuse or soften some reactions that keep us tight or distracted.

This time of year, with its multitude of holidays, rituals and celebrations that all welcome and honor the return of light, can be a perfect time to ignite and nurture this inner practice.
