Tamiko Troutman shows off her beautiful turnips, harvested from her home farm in Trotwood, Ohio. A graduate of CSU Extension's Agriculture & Natural Resources Fast Track Farming Program, Troutman was profiled in the September/October, 2023 issue of Land-Grant News Magazine. "Before joining Marc's class, I thought I knew the basics. But what I learned at the Trotwood Incubator Farm opened a new world," Troutman said. Here's a second take of the article.

Congratulation to Family and Consumer Science Extension Program Leader Renita Porter for receiving the Older Adult Behavioral Health & Wellness Initiative (WISE) with the St. Mary Development Corporation. CSU Extension Educators will provide assistance to the initiative by leading WISE facilitated classes to older adults within the community specifically reaching Montgomery, Greene, Cuyahoga, Stark, Hamilton and Lucas Counties, with focus on mental health wellness.
