Money Follows the Person Stakeholder Advisory Council Meeting

The last MFP Stakeholder Advisory Council meeting for the year was held today, December 1, at the UCEDD Training Room. MFP staff presented on the finalized Rapid Assessment Survey and the revised Gap Analysis. The AS Medicaid State Agency also presented on the Service Provider Enrollment Process.

The MFP demonstration supports state efforts to rebalance their long-term services and support system so that individuals have a choice of where they live and receive services. This means older adults and individuals with a disability living in a qualified Medicaid facility can choose where and how they want to live.
