Important Dates

Middle/High Families- Click here, then, find your teacher's name and schedule a time to meet!


Elementary Families- Check in with Lindsie in the elementary office if you haven't already signed up for a time to meet.

Open to elementary students Nov. 11th-16th, 8:30 -11:00 and/ or at their regular library times.


*Families may visit during conferences

Thursday, Nov. 13th 5:00 PM - 7:30 PM  & Friday, Nov. 17th 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM

Don't forget to set up your student's eWallet account for cashless,

stress-less shopping.


Friends and family can even contribute funds!

Exciting news!

McKenzie is launching a new series, Classroom Curiosity, where we will spotlight different grades and teachers in action!


Did you know? Female salmon can lay between 1,000 to 10,000 eggs, but only 15% will hatch. Eggs hatch after 6-20 weeks and are also the primary food source for Southern Resident Orcas.


This isn’t new information for Mrs. ILL’s second-grade class!

The students put salmon eggs into a fish tank in their classroom so they could observe the growing process. It was a fun and informative few weeks!


Lane Transit District has added an extra morning route on Route 91 based on district feedback. Here is additional information https://www.ltd.org/system-map/route_91/


This change, along with free bus passes for students, provides more transportation options for students and families.


Also, K-12 students in Lane County can get their free LTD Student Transit Pass from their school using either the Umo Mobility smartphone app or tap card. This pass allows students in public, private, charter, and home schools to ride LTD buses for free. Click here for more information - https://www.ltd.org/student-pass/
