Livery Events

This week The Livery held a wet felting class, instructed by Statia Antworth. Everyone enjoyed the process and so many beautiful, unique vessels were made. Thank you to Statia and all our attendees! We look forward to more classes and workshops in the future.

Sunapee Village Christmas - December 9th

Sunapee Village Christmas is on December 9th, from 1:00 - 4:00pm!

The Livery is proud to, once again, host children's visits with Santa, gingerbread cookie decorating, face painting, the Gingerbread House Contest, wreath sales and more.

Santa will arrive at The Livery at 1:00 pm to meet with children. Please note that reservations are required which limits time waiting in line and allows you to partake in all the other events happening at Sunapee Village Christmas!

Check out Project Sunapee's website for a full list of all activities and detailed information.

The Livery is looking to expand on the events and classes we are offering to the community. To do so we’d like to hear what kinds of events and programs you would be interested in participating in. Would you like to attend a Murder Mystery Night, an 80’s Prom, Karaoke or Open Mic Night? Maybe a book group or adult art class. Please take a moment and let us know what would most interest you.

Increasing our programming also means finding instructors.

Do you have an interest or hobby you’d like to share with others? Maybe you’d like to teach an art or technology class, give a presentation on a topic that you are passionate about, or host a knitting circle or book group. We’d love to work with you to make this happen.

Volunteer Opportunities at The Livery

The Livery is always looking for volunteers: to act as docents and give tours of the historic building, help with set up, breakdown, and running of events and general maintenance of the building and grounds, to name a few examples. If you are interested in becoming part of The Livery family reach out to us. We'd love to hear from you.

Rent The Livery

The Livery - A Popular Rental Facility

You know we do weddings and concerts, but that is just the beginning. We have had a photographer rent The Stable for a photo shoot and have hosted several corporate retreats. We have had Pop-Up Shops use our space for a day or weekend as well. Need a spot to host a shower, birthday, or retirement party? How about an art show, or art class? We could even be the place to hold a book group or knitting circle. With 4 different spaces to rent there is a space to fit your needs. Each event transforms The Livery into a new venue for celebrating any and all occasions.

Visit www.thelivery.org/rental for more information or email Sharon Parsons at rentals@thelivery.org. We look forward to working with you!
