Celebrating Summer!

Your copy should address 3 key Thank you, Dixon Valve! Our last Lean Plant Tour until the fall was at Dixon Valve in Chestertown (Kent County). Douglas Goodall, Eric Lemon, and Joe Milburn drove home the single most important aspect of Dixon's success... their people. Leadership is also deeply committed to continuous improvement as evidenced on the tour.

Following the tour, we kicked off summer with steamed crabs at the Fisherman's Crab Deck on the Kent Narrows. It was a good way to cap off the day. We hope you can join us next year!
