IAFP Member Survey

If you have not already taken the membership survey, please help us as we plan for the future of the IAFP by taking the survey at the link below before July 14th. The survey should take 5-10 minutes to complete. Thank you to those of you who have already participated. We appreciate your thoughtful responses.

The IAFP Board of Directors will be holding a strategic planning session on August 10th.  In preparation for our strategic planning, we are surveying the membership to see what issues are important to you.
We value your membership and opinion. The IAFP Board would like to make decisions based on your feedback.

In addition, the IAFP and the Iowa Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics have received a grant from the American Academy of Pediatrics to raise awareness of the Pediatric Mental Health Care Access (PMHCA) resources in Iowa. We are working in collaboration with the IDPH and the University of Iowa through the Iowa Mental Health Collaborative. Our goal is to build capacity among Iowa family physicians, pediatricians, and other health professionals to support the mental and relational health needs of children, adolescents, and families in Iowa. Please help us to determine how to best meet your needs through this effort by answering a few questions at the end of the survey.

Thank you for your participation.

Sincerely,
The IAFP Board of Directors
