Member Spotlight: Blaze Princeton

Have you been searching for a fun, new culinary experience? Stop by Blaze on Route 1 south in Princeton, where flavor meets fire.

Adjacent to the Doubletree Hotel, Blaze is best known for taking the “transformative power of fire” to create fresh pastas, 18-hour smoked brisket and fish served “El Fuego.” The traditional bar and grill also features a full bar with smoked and handcrafted cocktails.

“Walk through the pillars of fire to delight in our eclectic menu which highlights customer favorites like the Smoked Brisket Sandwich and Blazin' Burger,” said Joe Stamile, General Manager. “When you come to Blaze, bring your hearty appetite!”

Enjoy Happy Hour specials weekdays from 4 to 6 p.m., check out the local talent at live music nights on most Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights or unwind at trivia night. Catch your favorite team on the big screen with scrumptious game day specials including a big show for Super Bowl Sunday. Entrees also highlight chef-suggested beers and wines to go with each dish!

Blaze is the perfect place to celebrate holidays with tasty pre-fixed menus for Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Easter. Reservations can be made online and a private event room is also available.

A membership with the Middlesex County Regional Chamber of Commerce has been invaluable, Stamile explained, adding that the chamber is always willing to help Blaze succeed.

“Membership with the Chamber helps us get the word out to the business community. We are always looking for new local businesses and people to partner with and there’s no better place to do that than the Middlesex County Chamber!” said Stamile. “I have known the staff, Lina and Kathy, for years and they are phenomenal at supporting members to foster business connections.”

Members Enjoyed Connecting and Shopping

at WinterFest

One-of-a-kind jewelry, specialty coffee and homemade dog treats were just a few of the items for sale at the Chamber’s Annual Holiday WinterFest, hosted by the chamber’s Women in Business Committee.

This seasonal event incorporated networking, holiday shopping and giveaways for a lovely morning at the Forsgate Country Club in November. Members had the chance to pair up with their designated partner during breakfast before introducing them to the group and delivering their 30-second sales introductions.
