Another year drawing closer to a conclusion. 2023 has not been without its stressors but as always there's still room for gratitude for:
JAGS: They're winning!
FAMILY: What the season is all about right?
COMMUNITY: Jacksonville has its share of challenges but it is and always has been a great community.
ADVOCACY: Mike continues to stay plugged in and vigilant on your behalf as an investment property owner. The efforts from national to local level have so far kept a great deal of bureaucracy in check.
MARKET VIABILITY: Jacksonville remains robust and a stable place to be investing in property.

Critically important (if you have not yet done so) to set up your online portal to be able to access your 1099s this year as we will not be mailing them. Should you need assistance, contact marketing and we will gladly walk you through the process to get set up! Once done, you will be able to access all kinds of data at your convenience, anytime.
Don't forget: Daylight saving time ends at 2 a.m. on Nov. 5, 2023, when most of the United States will move their clocks back one hour (remember: it's spring forward, fall back)
