Bible Study

Mark 6:1-29

Why might people be offended by Jesus?

What are some instances when we, too, might want to shake the dust off our feet like Jesus mentioned to his disciples?

Blessings, Pastor Ann.

February is Black History Month

As we begin the Month of February, I want to remind you that it's Black History Month. As we seek to be anti-racist, it's helpful for us to be informed. One way we might do that is to take the opportunity to learn more about people of color... in general, and in our community. Some resources can be found on the website of the Idaho Falls African American Alliance.

Galatians 3:29:

There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus.

Mass Text Messaging Notice

We are excited to announce that we have partnered with GLOO, a service provider that allows us to send mass text messages out to our congregation for free! This means that we can now keep you updated about important events, announcements, and other news through your mobile phone.

If you received our two messages on Sunday, please make sure to save the number in your contacts so you don't miss any future messages. If you didn't receive a text and would like to sign up, simply send us an email at church@newdaylutheran.org and we will add you to the list.
