Fall is for planking and giving thanks

The calendar has officially turned and that means it's almost time for our annual challenge - Planks and Thanks! Once again, we are offering two weeks of core work and gratitude exercises that allow you to reflect on good things that happened in 2024 while strengthening your body for what lies ahead in 2025. The challenge runs from December 2 - December 13, 2024 and registration is live now; sign up by October 31st to take advantage of discounted pricing!

So, how does this work? 

Once you sign up you'll receive an invitation to our private Facebook group for support, coaching, and camaraderie. 

Starting on Monday December 2, 2024 you'll receive an email each morning containing either a core workout or a gratitude exercise. 

We'll also have live pop-up workouts in our Facebook group from some of our favorite strength and conditioning specialists.  

Complete the daily exercise for one point (completion will be tracked via a Google document). Each point gets you an entry into our weekly prize drawing which will be shared in the Facebook group. 

In addition to the weekly prize drawings, we'll also have a contest for most improved plank based on percentage increase in time.

Plus a few other fun surprises sprinkled throughout!  

Who does this benefit? 

We believe strongly in giving back to our communities, so we will be donating the proceeds to Knox, Manna on Main Street, and the Houston Food Bank. In addition, you will have the option to make an additional donation to either of these great organizations when you sign up.
