Now is the time to think turkey… and all the wonderful sides to go with it! We’re stocked with everything you need including these Thanksgiving staples:

Pie Recipes

While ambitious cooks and non-traditional bakers might sneak cakes and cookies onto the Thanksgiving menu, it goes without saying that having a selection of pies is key to keeping the family peace! This year, ditch the canned pumpkin that’s been collecting dust in the back of your cupboard and try roasting up your own winter squash. Sugar pie, kabocha, and butternut all roast and puree up nicely, and the recipe here sounds extra good with a candied squash and ginger garnish.

The days after Thanksgiving are when our true culinary creativity shines when stuffing and mashed potatoes and slices of turkey are transformed into endless new dishes. We are thrilled to now offer our farm boxes for pick-up in downtown Waterville at the beautiful Waterville Creates! Join us this fall (or any time!), and stay with us year-round. We couldn’t be more excited to partner with this organization that works to bring art, education, and an amazing variety of events and programming to the Waterville community.
