Visit the Academic Resource Center's Online Live Help (in Brightspace under your Student Portal) all semester for tutoring and other services.
ARC Online Live Help begins Tuesday, January 23. Hours are as follows:
- Tuesdays & Thursdays, 11am-4pm
- Wednesday’s, 6-8pm
We can also offer assistance with your Student Portal and Brightspace/D2L, along with Library Services and general questions & support.

Student Government Association (SGA) Meeting

SGA is the official student governing body at the College. Its primary duties include fostering student connections, addressing and resolving student issues, introducing new opportunities for students, and providing support for student clubs and various events.
SGA plays a crucial role in amplifying students' voices and influencing campus affairs. We would love for you to get involved and help make Northern the best college experience possible for our students. Moreover, it offers an excellent opportunity to learn and develop leadership skills.
SGA members are eligible to attend the Student Leadership Conference for FREE, receive a cool FREE polo with the SGA logo, and connect with some fun and like-minded students on campus.

Active Shooter Survival Training

Wednesday, January 24; 11am-noon
Active shooter training, offered by Officer RJ Faldowski, is a critical program for any student, faculty or staff member in higher education.
This program provides practical tools and strategies on how individuals can respond in cases of an armed intruder. Through active shooter training, individuals better understand what these decisions involve and how to make the decisions that provide them the best opportunity to survive a shooter on a college campus.

Esports Open Lab
Thursday, January 25
2-4pm
Stop by your campus Esports Lab to game with your crew of classmates, faculty, and staff and play your favorite games.
Each lab includes new Alienware PC systems which have multiple games downloaded on them to sit down and play immediately.
Playing time will be on a first come first serve basis. Students are encouraged to bring their headsets.

RSVP for 3x3 Basketball League

RSVP by Thursday, February 1, to join our WVNCC 3x3 Basketball League!
The league will run for six weeks and each team will have the chance to play each other twice.
Games will take place Friday afternoons, February through March, with a championship tournament occurring mid-March.
