  • Heating Help is Here! You can get help paying a portion of your heating bills, no matter the heat source or whether you rent or own even if heat is included in rent. You can access additional energy saving programs as well. Visit www.heatinghelpma.org.

MASSCAP'S NEW STRATEGIC PLAN

We have published and begun implementation of our new three year strategic plan after a comprehensive process of gathering as much input as possible from our board, agency staff, stakeholders and partners in this work.

Our Strategic Plan guides our work over the next three years in pursuit of our mission and vision and in line with our core values. Our work is focused under the following strategic directions:

  • Enhancing Public and Private Support
  • Being the Leading Voice on Poverty, Inequity, and the Critical Role of Community Action
