RETIREE PARKING
Parking has automatically extended the expiration date of all active retiree parking permits through December 2025. Retirees with active parking permits do not need to do anything.
If you need to update any information related to your registered vehicle, or to arrange your retiree parking, please email dotshelp@rutgers.edu
Be sure to provide your vehicle information (make, model, color of vehicle and license plate number). Retirees with handicapped registration should also provide an image of the handicapped placard or handicapped license plate registration.

RETIREE CENTER STAFF CHANGE
Michelle Brugnoli, HR Staff Associate in the Retiree Center joined the ranks of Silver Knight when she retired from Rutgers on October 1, 2023. We wish Michelle all the best in her retirement!

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
1) RETIREE ID CARD
Retirees may obtain a retiree id card in person by visiting one of the ID Card Management Locations:
- ID Offices
- Univ Human Resources 57 US Hwy 1New Brunswick, NJ
- Blumenthal Hall, 3rd Floor, 249 University Avenue, Newark, NJ
- Camden Campus Center, Main Floor-Impact Booth, 326 Penn St, Camden, NJ
In order to receive your new retiree id card, you must present a government issued id, such as a driver’s license or passport. You are also required to return your old id card. The retiree id card provides access to recreational facilities and libraries.
2) RETIREE EMAIL ACCOUNT and other OIT technical issues
Retirees may establish a retiree email account through Scarletmail. To set up your retiree email account, please visit netid.rutgers.edu. For technical assistance in creating your scarletmail account, please contact the Rutgers OIT Help Desk at 848-932-4357.
