Independent Utility Work
Single-Lane Closure along U.S. 2/7 just north of Lower Mountain View Drive for Independent Utility Work in Colchester, VT

TOMORROW, Tuesday, December 5, during daytime hours, Vermont Gas Systems (VGS) will be conducting independent utility work along U.S. Route 2/7 (U.S. 2/7) just north of Lower Mountain View Drive. This work will take place under the closure of the outermost northbound lane along U.S. 2/7 in the vicinity of Lower Mountain View Drive. This work will take place between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Motorists are reminded to please use caution, be alert, and drive slowly when traveling through the work zone.
Diverging Diamond Interchange Comes to Vermont Educational Video
This video provides an overview of the Exit 16 DDI project, discusses the benefits of the Diverging Diamond Interchange design, and demonstrates how drivers, cyclists and pedestrians will navigate the new traffic pattern coming to Colchester, VT.
Translated Materials
VTrans is committed to providing a comprehensive and robust communications and public outreach program as part of this project. 

The project website has been upgraded to include a translation feature with the ability to automatically translate website content into 11 languages. 

In addition, the website is now home to a translated materials tab which includes several frequently asked questions and answers that have been translated into 11 languages with help from trained interpreters and translators from AALV in Burlington, Vermont.
